
Jogeir is a business lawyer who specializes in tax law, corporate law, and property law, including the execution of property projects and real estate development, for both Norwegian and international clients. He also provides assistance with matters related to contract law and monetary claims and has extensive experience with transactions and restructurings. He graduated from the University of Bergen in spring 2022, specializing in corporate law and tax law. For his master’s thesis, he examined Norwegian regulations concerning the piercing of the corporate veil before joining Magnus Legal in August 2022.
