
Henrik is an experienced business lawyer who specializes in contract law, construction law, corporate law, and taxation for both companies and private individuals. He also has extensive experience assisting U.S. citizens with filing tax returns in the United States. In addition, he advises Norwegian and international clients on ESG reporting, with a particular focus on the requirements of the Transparency Act. Henrik has broad experience in advisory services and dispute resolution. He assists national and international companies, particularly in matters related to compensation claims, tax and VAT law, and intellectual property rights (AI).
